What business should you support?

I would like to thank the web site democraticunderground.com for supplying me with a listing of businesses that support the type of government we need to make Wisconsin successful.

Visit these businesses and help make them more successful which in turn will make us all more successful.   Among the businesses which are on the list to boycott by the Dems is Kwik Trip.

Stop by Kwik Trip and let them know you are supporting them as they are supporting you.

Facts liberals don’t want to hear.

·         In a 5,000 year view of climate, global warming is the earth getting back to normal.
·         Those who have been labeled “radical Islamists” are those who are following the word and the intent of the Koran.
·         There is no separation of church and state in the Muslim world.
·         The real story should be the Muslim world’s reaction to a Florida pastors burning the Koran.   A religion of peace should not be reacting with violence.
·         To the Muslim world, we are barbarians.
·         While we debate the wisdom of constructing a mosque at the site of the World Trade Center, Christian churches are entirely forbidden in Muslim countries.
·         A Muslim sees no difference between a conservative and a liberal, other than they can dupe a liberal more easily.
·         The U.S. is in the middle of a slow Islamic invasion.
·         Some who practice Islam are peaceful, but it is in spite of, not because of, their religion.
·         Inflation adjusted per pupil K-12 educational spending increased 230% between 1970 and 2006 without a demonstrable improvement, and some will claim deterioration in educational results.   Doesn't if follow that if more spending doesn't mean better education than  less spending wouldn't hurt the quality of education?

    Two Documents

The Bible and the U.S. Constitution are two amazing books / documents.   Both have come under attack for not being relevant because they were written in a different time, for a different audience and are not applicable in our modern society.

Were either of them written based on the technologies of their times?   Were either of them devoted to explaining  their relevance based on the constraints of their societies?
    The answer is no.

Both were written to the address the human condition.   Human's have not changed significantly since the times either was written.   There are no human emotions, strengths or weaknesses that exist today that did not exist at the time of the writing of the Bible or U.S. Constitution.   Because both deal with the human condition they be relevant as long as their are humans.

Any attempt to alter, revise or dismiss them should be met with your full objection.

p.s.   Remember, the U.S. Constitution is a document tells government what it cannot do.   One of the things government is restrained from doing is interfering with religion.   There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that refers to a separation of church and state.   It is a one way restriction.   Religion can and must be an important part of the governing process.   Religion is the only source of moral constraint.   Without religious moral guidelines, government can be nothing other than oppressive and repressive.

    Laws

Does the U.S. government have the authority to decide not to enforce laws?

    Time for a prediction

    You heard it here first.

If you have noticed, Obama seems to be uninterested in being popular enough to be elected to a second term.   Either he just doesn't get it, or perhaps he has his sights set higher (at least in his own mind) an want to be the next Secretary General of the U.S..

After all, many have said Obama's goals seem very European.   He also seems to give more credence to world opinion than to U.S. opinion.   And, we all know he delights in the big stage and all the attention it brings.

If this does come true what should the U.S. do?

    • First -- kick the UN our of our country.
    • Second -- resign all involvement with the UN.
    • Third -- stop all foreign aid to countries that choose to remain affiliated with the UN.
    • Fourth -- Start a competing alliance of countries that supports freedom and mutual interests.   This alliance shall be only for countries that have common ideals.
Do I hope this comes true?   Not all of it.   I certainly don't want Obama to have a stage to become a world community organizer.   He is so naive, it would be child's play for some despot to manipulate him.

    A lesson learned

What did the Chilean miners do when they found they were buried?   They decided not to dig deeper.

Why can't Obama learn the same lesson!

    Time to step up

It is near the time that we all must step up to stop the madness that is looming on the horizon.   Too many people did not take the time to properly look at the candidates 2 years ago.

Few realized the speed at which the foundations of our country would be attacked, not with weapons of the physical world, but with ideas so malicious that their intent cannot be misinterpreted.

Obama's goal is to lower us all to the level of the Europeans who are content with being average and controlled.

    Think carefully.
